Brunch at Patika

Brunch Anyone?

We'd argue it's the most important meal of the week, so we're slowing it down, helping you recharge, and presenting a "Patika take" on some Brunch classics.

A new spin on classic chilaquiles.

We serve up something for everyone.

From our light and flavorful house-smoked salmon platter (a modern twist on bagels and lox)...

...to our amazing house-made waffles with pear, brandied bacon and spicy maple syrup. Holy moly. We highly recommended a nap after.

Sparkling rose to accompany brunch.

Everything is house-made, and we strive to use local Central Texas and organic ingredients whenever possible.

As always, all of our items can be enjoyed in our beautiful cafe space, or ordered to-go. We're also able to make many items gluten-free or vegan. Just ask!

Everyone wants a bite at brunch!
Refreshing iced coffee

And we're excited to be once again included in the latest Eater Brunch heatmap.
